This Agreement, sometimes referred to in the building industry as a Type 2 contract, is a cost-effective solution which allows you to build your maintenance contract around your building's budget.
The Liftronic Standard Agreement covers Routine Maintenance visits as per your buildings requirements, and access to a limited amount of calls during business hours. Charged out on a user pays basis are all after hours call outs and replacement parts.
The Liftronic Asset Plus Agreement is designed to allow you to upgrade your lift equipment without the need to raise special levies, or find funds to finance the works. We arrange to amortise the cost of quoted upgrade works into your Liftronic Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, allowing you to have the benefit of having the modernisation works completed and pay them off over the term of your agreement.
